Primarily, to research and develop alternative tourism potentials such as health tourism and thermal (spa) tourism, and to promote these both domestically and internationally.
To bring patients from abroad for medical treatment and ensure that their treatment is carried out properly.
To organize such activities in cooperation with healthcare institutions and organizations in Europe and Turkey.
To bring tourists from Europe and Austria to Turkey’s thermal facilities for rest and accommodation, and to organize related programs.
To arrange and coordinate cure treatments (doctor-recommended therapeutic programs conducted through scheduled sessions in thermal sources) by bringing patients to thermal and cure centers.
To carry out various promotional activities on this subject and to prepare evaluation reports and projects regarding legal regulations for the arrival of patients from Europe and Austria to thermal facilities and healthcare institutions, and to present them to the relevant authorities.

The name of the association is “European – Turkish Health Tourism Association”, and its headquarters is located in Vienna.

The association may establish branches both domestically and abroad.
Activities in the Field of Health Tourism
and Thermal Tourism
To conduct studies in the field of health tourism and thermal (spa) tourism; to bring patients from abroad for medical treatment and ensure that their treatments are properly carried out; to organize such activities in cooperation with healthcare institutions and organizations in Europe and Turkey.
To bring tourists from Europe and Austria to Turkey’s thermal facilities for rest and accommodation, and to organize related programs.
To arrange cure treatments — therapeutic programs planned through scheduled sessions in thermal sources upon medical recommendation — by bringing patients to thermal and cure centers and organizing these services.
To carry out various promotional activities in this field; to prepare evaluation reports and project proposals regarding legal regulations related to the arrival of patients from Europe and Austria to thermal facilities and healthcare institutions, and to submit them to the relevant authorities.
Activities Concerning the Issues and Care of the Elderly and Disabled in Europe and Austria
To conduct studies regarding the challenges and care needs of the elderly and disabled in Europe and Austria; to bring elderly and disabled individuals to Turkey and provide home-care services for them. To establish retirement homes, thermal facilities, highland resorts, and holiday villages, or to cooperate with existing ones for this purpose.
To prepare evaluation reports and project proposals related to the legal regulations required for bringing elderly individuals from Europe and Austria to Turkey for care, and to present them to the relevant authorities.
To develop and implement home-care models for the elderly and disabled in Turkey. To communicate with reimbursement institutions and organizations throughout Europe and Austria—particularly those related to elderly care—and to promote Turkey as a country with strong potential and economic advantages in this field.
Additionally, to prepare and provide the necessary infrastructure and services for elderly and disabled individuals coming from Austria and Europe.
Activities in Health Tourism Research and Training
To prepare and implement projects for research and administrative development in the field of health tourism; to establish educational institutions and facilities such as hotels, motels, holiday resorts, thermal centers, cultural centers, and nursing homes to support service delivery.
To train qualified personnel for this sector and provide vocational training programs. To offer consultancy services to institutions and organizations regarding health tourism and home-care services.
To promote and organize activities that will generate income for Turkey through health tourism, thermal tourism, and care services for elderly individuals from abroad.Europe.
THE ASSOCIATION SHALL CARRY OUT THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES TO ACHIEVE ITS PURPOSES
1. Prepares written and visual publications in the fields of Alternative Tourism and Health Tourism.
2. Establishes, leases, operates, or collaborates with existing institutions and facilities that can operate in the areas of Alternative Tourism and Health Tourism.
3. Establishes commissions in Austria, Europe, and Turkey to conduct studies and research in the field of Health Tourism.
4. Engages in commercial activities in the fields of health, health tourism, and thermal tourism to generate income for the association.
5. Employs paid personnel from among its members or externally when necessary for the activities and development of the association.
6. Obtains the necessary legal permits to publish all types of written and visual materials and cooperates with media organizations active in this field.
7. Organizes exhibitions, excursions, social events, performances, concerts, sports competitions, and conferences.
8. Opens, operates, or commissions guesthouses, social facilities, lounges, funds, and all types of educational and social facilities to meet the professional and social needs of its members.
9. Forms working groups and commissions as needed to guide the public and to achieve the purposes of the association.
10. Grants awards to individuals who conduct studies or provide services related to the objectives of the association.
11. Acquires and disposes of movable and immovable property in its own name.
12. Through its members and working groups, prepares projects and reports for third parties and provides expert opinions for a fee.
